About the Weight Loss Plan

Let Field Doctor take the reigns with their Weight Loss meal plan. It consists of expertly-crafted, calorie-controlled meals with a focus on portion control, high protein, and lower carbohydrate content for convenient weight management. This plan is designed by our in-house dietitians to be followed for 2 weeks.

This plan fits with a daily goal of up to 1500 calories per day, which includes 2 Field Doctor meals per day for 5 or 7 days, breakfast recommendations, and snack recommendations. Only Field Doctor meals will be provided, and they'll also recommend snacks and breakfasts to adjust the calories to your personal goals.
